Do not get app waste of money. Got no matches. All people are 200km plus away or have nothing in common. Asking for a refund and it is way to expensive

Terrible to deal with!
Expectation vs reality is distant galaxies apart. Inconsiderate and financially driven above everything else. The fine print is a killer, no corporate conscience. Will tell all and sundry how bad this platform is. They disguise the renewal process. Just got slugged $600 for an app I haven’t used. Unscrupulous and deceiving. Terrible to deal with!

Huge waste of time
I realized after not receiving response from local women that Datemyage is keeping up profiles of members who are not currently subscribed, which is not only a huge waste of time it’s bad for morale when no one responds.

Money scam
Inaccurate cancellation policy. Worst service i have ever received. Tried to cancel immediately and now 6 months later I have debt collectors after me. The absolute worst , shameful money scam I have ever had the unpleasure of dealing with.

Be careful!
I cancelled the day after subscribing to the free subscription! They’ve now signed me up for 12months! And continuously now harass me with emails etc. They’ve now sent me to collections! Be careful!

DO not sign up for this nonsense. Do not waste your time. A friend signed me up for a 12-month plan. Cancelled within the 3 day trial period. Inaccurate cancellation policy stating I have to pay the remaining 11-month installments because the cancellation policy does not apply in my country. Cancelled PayPal direct debit then started receiving emails from collection house LTD. Paid the outstanding balance after sending numerous compliance emails of proof and evidence … asked to speak to CEO or someone more in charge of customer service at E harmony. No reply or response. Now paid for a 12-month service that I never have or intend on using.

Absolutely disgusting
I wanted to try this site to see if it was any better than other platforms , However its no different to any free dating sites. I made contact to cancel my subscription after what I believed was a month subscription However was told I had an ongoing subscription 36 months. I then told them I didn’t want the subscription and so called customer service said your subscription is for 36 months if you cancel you still have to pay the subscription cost so pretty much bad luck ! So after trying the site which is beyond ordinary I also get charged $19.95 per month for Absolutely nothing. Absolutely disgusting that they are able to trick people into subscriptions and then say bad luck when the customer realises and tries to cancel subscription. DO NOT USE this site !!!!!!!!

Be careful

Do not join
No such thing as a cooling off period or 3 day cancellation if you live in Australia. Do not join or you will 100% pay the rest of your subscription no matter when you try to cancel (which is already not simple to do)

Struggled to give this sit
Struggled to give this sit even one star: no hits, no interest, using the same profile I’d successfully used on other dating sites. Dead-hand arbitrary responses from website administrators. As far as they’re concerned, I signed up for six months (no option to ‘sample’ for a month or so) and I had to wear it. Caveat Emptor, I get it. But if casual memberships are good enough for other dating sites, so too should they be for this website.

Very disapointed by quality of customer service, as someone wrote below looked like child resposable for that. just sending authomatic response and hiding behind the words. The quality of folk is decreased a lot, seemed lot of fake profiles, scammers and catfishers.

It’s just money down
Avoid! I have been blocked for no reason, I have not messaged anybody for months, all of a sudden blocked for breaking guidelines even though I’ve not messaged anybody Emailed 5 times no response, no number to call, these app companies seem to be able to take your money and block you. I can’t discuss with anybody I can’t do anything it’s just money down the drain.

Be very careful
I would give this zero stars if I could. First of all why are you not allowed to hide your location? As a woman especially this makes you extremely vulnerable to creepy men who think it’s a good idea to hunt you down. ( Yes we’re living in the real world after all, not fairytale world ) second of all why can I not log into my account anywhere?! There is no log in anywhere to be found on any website. All I want to do is to delete my account since I’m being inundated by creepy men I never ever want to sleep with and who are disgusting predators and a danger to all poor ladies out there. THIS APP IS A SCAM. I’ve used this site on and off for several years with no issue, but have never met anyone genuine — only men interested in hookups. As soon as I decided to bite the bullet and pay for a premium subscription, I was randomly and arbitrarily banned. I went over their guidelines repeatedly and had not broken any of them. I was kind and respectful. I represented myself authentically. I sent original messages. All of this in spite of the fact I often received suggestive and explicit messages from men and they did nothing about it. When I tried to ask WHY I was banned, they refused to say why — just took my money and refused to provide a refund. There is absolutely no way to speak to a human or customer service representative directly. They have absolutely no care for their customers and are clearly misogynistic despite proclaiming themselves to be a feminist app. RUN

Absolutely disgusting. I had the app for a couple of weeks and I decided it wasn’t my scene and I felt anxious so deleted my account off the app, said it was deleted so I just carried on as usual and a week had gone by, by this point and I felt a lot more happier. Then my guy friend messaged me and said he had just saw me on the app as he obviously was also on it. I was shocked as I had deleted my account. Went on my laptop this time and logged in and it let me in and my account was still active! It wasn’t deleted at all! What a terrible service and absolute liars. I won’t be returning or creating a new account anytime in the near future. Stay away from this app!

Negative experience
Too much advertising on YouTube it interrupts every single video, so that just irritates further after my negative experience. I downloaded it last year and it kept showing me matches in other countries when I put the settings within 20km.

No phone no to call and after sending 8 messages, no response. Scam and fake profiles. Tech difficulties are set up. They take your money and refuse to assist. They lure u to believe u have matches and able to send messages, join and suddenly unable to send messages! RIP off. Complain * you’re cut off. They take your $ and run. I tried this site out for a month. I had a few matches for the entire month even though I swiped right probably over a hundred times. I got an email from one of the matches and responded and then never heard from her again. I met another match in person and she happened to be a con artist who tried to steal from me. It is a complete waste of time. It may be fine for women but if you are a man try something else.

1 star is too much for this ite, you should be allowed to rate it the 0 stars it deserves. Read their privacy policy before you even think about signing up, what they can get away with is disgraceful, they should have to highlight their privacy policy in clear easy to see writing before tricking people to sign up. This is an awful app and an awful company, do not make the mistake that I did and read their privacy policy and then go to another dating app that doesn’t exploit their users information for revenue. Also avoid Badoo as they also own Badoo which is just as bad if not worse.

This is like all the other “better” dating sites is really only interested in making money – they do little to stop the awful abuse of women on line. So disappointed
So disappointed and think this is a fix. I joined this site about 1 month ago – did not subscribe, got lots of emails telling me how lucky I was and what a huge amount of interest I had! Guys were viewing my profile, every day for 3 weeks it told me I had at least 8 visitors. So I spent just over £32 for a months subscription. Four days, not one view on my profile!! Very disappointed! I wish I’d read the reviews here and saved myself some dosh. Thanks for nothing!!!

Ive been told many times im easy on the eyes so I wouldn’t think to have such a horrible experience.. I actually recieved over a 100 wanna meets in the first 2 weeks. I messaged about 10-12 women. I was met back with crickets that was my better experience, because the two I did receive back had me wondering if I was in the twilight zone app. Absolutely off the wall replies, like it was meant for someone else. Don't waste your money on this scam.
I hated to even give this site a one star. This is a total waste of money. When you get ready to cancel your subscription, you will get all kinds of “she’s into you” or “she likes you”, or “she wants to meet you”. When you reply, Absolutely no response back. I got more responses in the last few days of my subscription than I did the whole month. I’ve tried this site about 4 times in the last couple of years and have gotten nothing. My pics are all current and my story is true. This site is a joke. I started to wonder if some of this women are even real or are paid to keep their pics and stories on the site to entice men with BS. Don’t waste your money on this scam.

The site is very creative when it comes to the methods for getting your bucks. Better find other avenues.Their only flaw is ladies are overseas and you have to travel there. That was the only thing that made me hesitant at first. On the other hand, those trips always gave me the experience of a lifetime. The ladies were super hot: little black dress, Gucci aroma, high heels and lace lingerie type of women. Hot and REAL!! I hope they keep on rocking the game, so that next time I travel there I will finally pick up my wife – I’m determined to get married this year. This site has just taken nearly £200 from my account AFTER I deleted my bank details and accidentally hovered over the credit screen to see what the credits were all about….its crap and its banking system does not even ask for your 3 digit security on reverse of card…..why are these companies allowed to operate! Scam app, horrible. Works like crap, slow af. The support team sounds like bots, mod bots ban’s people for noreason from random pplos reports even they wouldn’t mean anything. I can’t understant how is this app even here anymore. The devs also made profiles of random people facebook profiles without asking permissions, think about that. Chat and date and they are the same apps, just a different names, but same logic and pplo inside. U should never touch these apps.

It is a joke
The app was working great until all the sudden none of my messages are going through. I can receive them, but now all the guys I was chatting too are accusing me of ignoring them even though I am actively responding. One of them (the one I was most interested in) now blocked me. I am crying. I have emailed their support team daily and there has been no response. Its happening on the website too. It is a joke and apparently they like to make you look like a jerk.

Abusive and harassing
It is a breeding ground which engenders sexual denigration towards women. I am a female service user who spent a few weeks on the dating app. Despite reporting a large number of sexist and sexually abusive and harassing comments the site did little about it. I realised that although the men were blocked from my account the site allowed them to continue on the app and were in no way penalised or made accountable for their behaviour.

No-refund policy
I wanted to cancel 24 hours after signing up because I bought their chips along with signing up. I have sent them three emails and have not replied at all. They just ignore my request. I will have a copy of all correspondence if needed. Even if there was a no-refund policy, they should at least have been advised.

It was a complete waste of money. Continuous offers to “upgrade” for more money. I get emails saying I have “messages” but when I go to the site, I don’t. There are messages that some people “want to know you” but don’t even go. The few messages I have received have been answered with no response, which I do not think is successful. I tried to contact the company but just walked around.

It is a SCAM
The website is useless. Didn’t meet anyone, got some messages from women 15+ years older than me. It is a SCAM also, because I removed my debit card from their system, I deleted the automatic payment and I clicked delete subscribtion button AND they stole from my card 50 euro! I contacted their support, and they keep lying even while I show EVIDENCE. Bottom line, avoid this site, because they aren’t good as a dating website and they also steal your money after you leave them.
